“My wife and I stayed here because we wanted a place near the downtown area. It was perfect for this! We were able to easily walk to the area with restaurants and shops. the place was really nice with a great balcony to sit out on to enjoy our coffee and relax at night. the owners were very helpful and nice. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking to stay near the downtown area.”

“Stayed with my parents who are in their 90s to visit daughter who attends UNCW. It was the perfect place to retreat to after full days of exploring Wilmington and visiting UNCW. The cottage is tidy and the backyard is so inviting. Will definitely visit again. ”

“Check-in process was seamless. House clean and ready to accommodate. Many ammenities already provided. Communication with host was pleasant and quick. Surprisingly quiet, given the house is next door to a bar. Would stay again. ”

“In town for a couple shows at the amphitheater. Close to walk.House is cute! Amazing wood floors and great beds.Backyard fenced for our pup, and BIG!House had all we needed - I’m sure there is a reason they don’t provide shower soap and shampoo, but no big deal. Saw comments about the shower head - but it worked, and probably saves some water We didn’t do any cooking there, but service plates, glasses and silver there were plenty.Some missing paint here and there…. But didn’t affect our……

“Location location location...We (2 people) were in Wilmington for an event at the Battleship. It was very convenient and less than a 10 minute drive. On Saturday we went to the waterfront to walk around/shop/visit breweries and distillery...it was a five minute drive. We also visited some other areas around Wilmington and the drive was never very long (all less than 10 minutes). The house is older and small, but clean and well stocked kitchen; multiple TVs; great side porch for enjoying the……
