“The property is decorated beautifully and the kitchen well stocked. The area is convenient and the street is quaint and quiet. For our group we didn't feel especially comfortable walking around at night though in the extended neighborhood. The property management company is really great at communicating and answering questions to make sure you have what you need. “We had the best stay. This was everything we wanted and more. The place was perfect for my family of 6. We sat on the back deck every morning. We walked all around Wilmington- everything was a short walk away. Communication was excellent. I highly, highly recommend. ”

“My family and I recently stayed here, we absolutely loved this beautiful little home. The alley was very cute and cozy too, it felt like stepping back in time a little bit. Friendly neighbors and the host is so very nice and had a great response time. Parking was simple and the house is in a perfect location, can walk anywhere in the beautiful historic district of town and the beach was a pretty short drive. My family and I will definitely be staying here again! ”
