“We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO! The waterfront views were stunning, especially the view of the battleship right from the property. The place was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt. We stayed in downtown Wilmington, and everything—from restaurants to shops—was within walking distance. Highly recommend!”

“We had a wonderful weekend! The condo was perfect for what we were looking for..….exactly as seen online. It was perfect size for us with all the amenities we needed. Rob was an excellent host and the location is amazing! Views of the waterway, boats, the Riverwalk, and people just strolling! We parked the car and didn’t have to move it all weekend. We walked everywhere! We can’t wait to return and hope to stay at Rob’s place again! ”

“Curt’s place in Wilmington was fantastic! The view over the river was nice, and we loved walking the boardwalk to find wonderful places to eat. The size of the rooms and cleanliness were perfect. I loved all the extras like the snacks and face wipes! We would recommend the place to anyone.”

“My husband was unable to come with me to a wedding this past weekend, so I asked my mom to come. We had the best girls weekend at Misti and Hunter‘s loft! The ambience is very cool, from the exposed brick and the surfboards on the wall, to the location, smack dab in the middle of the downtown action. Their loft has a very rustic, beachy vibe with a lot of character. The Irish bar downstairs is a little loud, but it didn’t bother us much. One suggestion I could make is maybe bring a sound……

“Convenient location to explore downtown and area. It was easy to visit the beach but we preferred not staying there where it was packed with people. Fun to people watch from balcony and watch the river. ”

“My husband and I chose to go to Wilmington for our anniversary and brought our 18 month old son along as well. The condo looked just like the pictures and was extremely clean! The location was absolutely amazing. Literally everything is within walking distance so you can just leave your car in the parking garage pretty much the entire trip. Great place to stay in Wilmington!within walking distanxe”

“Everything about the stay was amazing. The property is in the perfect location. I got to see a beautiful sunset right through the living room every night! Most necessities were provided for my stay. The only negative was not being able to park in the lot and having to pay for it either in a lot of on the street. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was large enough for what we needed. It wasnt a huge issue. But, I wish there had been dresser drawers in the bedrooms.We'd stay at this location again. ”
