“The house was well-appointed and very comfortable. The hosts (Ada and Curt) were very attentive. The property manager (Ray) is a nice guy and very accommodating. The house is in a good central location. Check-in/out process smooth. Good pointers in video and booklet.”

“We loved our weekend stay. We found an amazing restaurant at the end of the block. There were a lot of bars at the other end. The bed was super comfortable. There were a lot of stairs which was specified in the listing. The biggest downfall was the parking. There was nothing listed before booking about no parking so that was a surprise, however in the email the property manager sent prior to arrival it did let us know where free street parking was located about 5 blocks away. We ended up……

“Easy walk to downtown Wilmington. The historic district was safe with beautiful homes. Jeff, the host provided suggestions on where to eat. Jesters which is a 1 minute walk was excellent. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony. People in the neighborhood were friendly. Overall, our stay was most enjoyable. ”

“Always a good stay. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but they offer valet as an option. It is nice to have a decent coffee shop in the lobby, which offers breakfast items for purchase. ”
