“Beautiful old building which has had good levels of investment into making it a fine hotel. Very well located in the centre of town but with plenty of nearby parking. Well appointed, if small, rooms, attentive and welcoming staff although needed more staff at breakfast as many guests had to wait too long to be seated. Breakfast was excellent though, lots of choice and good quality.”

“lovely stay here at Caley. Our family room was great, bed quite comfortable, bathroom/shower clean and spacious. breakfast was tasty and lounge/bar area was relaxing for a coffee or a bite to eat and just to chill out and enjoy. We had evening meals and the food was really tasty and good quality and presentation, really impressed. Would definitely come back in the future. Thank you Caley Hall.”

“This hotel doesn’t disappoint. The staff are not just efficient and friendly but happy doing their jobs, whatever they do. That reflects back onto the experience of staying here. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean and so comfortable. The restaurant is well organised with plenty of menu choice including vegetarian food. Breakfast is from a menu and individually prepared, thank goodness there’s no buffet. We felt quite spoilt with the attention we received. This is our second stay in this……

“The Staff are wonderful. Our room was very nice. The only item we find difficult is the cost of breakfast (£18 each) but there are choices outside of the Hotel. Apart from that we always choose the Hotel and will continue to do so - in 4 weeks we'll be back.”

“Never made it into the building so no comment on room. No means of entering building, no phone calls answered for help and no parking, as advertised. Total waste of my money for a room I never even used.”
