“We stayed at this house over 12 years ago and had a great experience. I cannot say the same for the trip we just took. The house has not be updated at all since then, which wouldn’t necessarily be a bad thing, except it hasn’t been maintained at all. We had an issue in all four bathrooms in the main house, from toilets not flushing to showers and sinks not draining. The house had been spot cleaned, there was a dust and filth in all the inconspicuous places. It’s a shame because the location,……

“Close to Maggie Valley and Waynesville, but out of the way of the crowds. Lovely view, huge decks. Home needs a few minor tweaks (mattresses replaced, Wifi improved, cable TV fixed) but overall a wonderful place. Would stay here again.”
