“The place was wonderful: great location, well maintained and clean. But the service was exceptional - Sherry is an incredible host, attentive to every detail and wish. She prepares a fantastic breakfast and accommodated our every wish and need without being in our space often, like at some hotels. Absolutely zero downsides to our stay - we highly recommend and would definitely return when our plans take us back to Wilmington. ”

“We loved our weekend stay. We found an amazing restaurant at the end of the block. There were a lot of bars at the other end. The bed was super comfortable. There were a lot of stairs which was specified in the listing. The biggest downfall was the parking. There was nothing listed before booking about no parking so that was a surprise, however in the email the property manager sent prior to arrival it did let us know where free street parking was located about 5 blocks away. We ended up……

“We have stayed with this group before so we knew what to expect. The condo was very clean, the furniture (and bed) was comfortable. The kitchen had the few necessities we needed for our stay. The only issues we encountered were that the remote in the bedroom had dead batteries, and that there were not 2 bedside tables in the bedroom so we had to improvise by using our cooler. Overall, not big issues. It was kind of dark coming back to our condo at night at the end of the hall because several……
