“It was a convenient location for West Asheville. Shower was unique with a half glass wall and no shower door. Very nice staff and good breakfast. Wonder if parking will be a problem after more stores open in the shopping plaza.”

“We liked this hotel but I dont think we would stay again, the elevator situation is an absolute joke. Two elevators to manage parking levels, staff service / housekeeping etc and Guest floors including a public restaurant. Whoever thought that would be acceptable is a clown. Build out an elevator in one corner of the parking structure to handle parking floors and the lobby, that will help at least.”
