Although the road it is located on is a little congested, once I had navigated the street to the unloading zone and unloaded my bags, the rest of the experience was wonderful. “This was a wonderful, last minute stay for us. The hotel is fairly new but it exudes a 1920's art deco charm. The food in the hotel restaurant, Lumiosa, is exquisite, and the rooftop bar has three separate patios plus interior climate-controlled seating. The rooms are very tastefully decorated and the bathroom has plenty of shelving space. The staff is outstanding. Each of the employees that we came in contact with, be it the host, servers, valet, reception or cleaners, were exceptionally……

“Located in a great area close to downtown Asheville. The room was clean. The shuttle was an added service-huge thanks to the friendly driver, Lauren! All employees were informative and friendly. “We stayed here for 3 nights in early July in order to explore the mountains of western NC. The suite was spacious, well apportioned, and comfortable. Check in and check out were easy. I was super impressed with the price considering we got a 2 bedroom suite that was over 1000 square feet! Would definitely stay here again. Fairly clean, large beautiful rooms, and fully stocked with kitchenware!”

“Can't say enough about ALL the staff! Seriously, all of them. Everyone went out of their way to accommodate and happily doing it. Suite was appointed beautifully and exceeded our needs. “Just needed a room for the night, I was in town for a seminar but the hotel where the seminar was taking place was booked out.
