“Staff was attentive. The room was not up to standard when it came to cleanliness, particularly the bathrooms with soiled curtain and dirty floor. Also, the towels where stained and 1 bed sheet was ripped. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. We noticed that a few rooms from ours, they were cooking in the room with a portable electric skillet. ”

“I have a lot of strict food allergies, yet I was treated with the utmost highest quality service and was prepared personalized high quality meals. I looked forward to every meal that was prepared for me and I could tell the chefs tried their best to create something special. “Situated right by the freeway, but you could walk to downtown. I forgot which floor I was at, all I remember is from the window I could see the mountains surrounding Asheville and beautiful sunsets. Parking is also had to go through valet.”
