“Bedrooms and accommodations is nice, functional. Good assortment of cooking pots etc.No regular coffe pot. Keruig proveded. Hard to fill a thermos with a Keruig.Driveway is very steep for parking, especially trucks with boat trailers. Need some rock or concrete at entrance of porch. It rained alot prior to and during our stay. Area in front of porch was a mudhole after the rains.Vent openings in floor were disgusting. Grease, grime, dirty.”

“Great location to fish east end of Sardis lake. Jan was prompt on my questions. Cabin was clean and very comfortable. Had everything we needed - great tv, comfortable beds, parking for all 4 of our boats, electric hookup for boat battery charging and a fish cleaning station. Would recommend to anyone wishing to fish Sardis. We will come back again!!!”

“The home was amazing!! Since we stayed in the winter, we did not have access to the pool or the outdoor kitchen, but it would have been phenomenal. We made many memories in the theater room and were able to prepare wonderful meals in the well stocked kitchen. The manager Donna was available to help us with the remote situation and she was very helpful. They even stopped by to leave us highchair and access to the pack and play.
