“We just loved our little pool house escape. Great location for respite from funky dowtown Clarksdale. It's quiet and being on a golf course had lots of big trees so we could go birding from a chair! “The property on the inside was wonderful. The outside could use some work. It took me a bit to find the property and when I did I was a bit afraid of what I had signed up for. It looked like an old run down addition to another building. The door was a bit difficult to open and close but once I got in, I was pleasantly surprised with how nice it was decorated and how clean it was. Some landscaping, a better door, and a nice sign would elevate the exterior substantially. ”

“This rental was fantastic. The kitchen had essential cooking needs. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also really well stocked. “Home was very clean and well kept. Nice kitchen and living area. Beds were ok. Only problem was the 4th bedroom is outside. It is part of the patio that has been enclosed. We had to leave the back door unlocked in case that person had to come in to use the bathroom at night. And you would get wet if it was raining. Host came over to help unlock everything when the first of our party got there and was very helpful! Would stay there again if we only needed 3 bedrooms.”

“This place photographs a bit better than it actually is, especially the bathroom. The bathroom needs a total renovation. I didn't even want to get in the tub. Backyard needs to be cleaned up and kept that way. In bedroom there is only one curtain panel per window rather than the 2 per window, a savings that makes the room look cheap. The living room and kitchenette were fine. The location is close to park and looks like the neighborhood is improving”
