“It is so cute. We stayed in the Rapidan. It was lovely but the bathroom could use some updating. The exterior needs help which is sad because it is both historical and charming. Hopefully they will get an investor to help and make it into a wedding venue to bring in additional money. The staff is beyond helpful and nice. We would stay there again. ”

“Such a lovely B & B. The hosts are so sweet. We had the Peaches & Cream room which was beautifully decorated. There is a full kitchen available to the guests & a French press, whole bean coffee & grinder in the room along with a fridge. Just be aware, if you want breakfast, you need to let the hosts know ahead of time & it’s $20/per person. I will say it was well worth it! The breakfast was delicious!”

“We changed from two-person to family (+ two kids) in the last moment. They managed to provide reasonable arrangement. The location is excellent, very close to the main street with many good restaurants. “We went for our anniversary for a weekend getaway. We had an amazing time or rest and relaxation. When we entered the room we had a nice surprise with chocolates and wine. The company communicated with us every day to ensure we had every thing we needed. We had a beautiful view of the lake from our room. They have a wonderful seafood restaurant (Tims on the Lake) next door within walking distance from the hotel which was perfect. I highy recommend this hidden gem! ”
