“What an incredible property! The home itself is stunning, only to be outdone by the breathtaking views. It was the perfect escape from the city. We enjoyed the ability to explore Luray (recommend Broad Porch Coffee) which was a convenient 20-25 minute drive away. But we really appreciated all of the amenities included at the property: fire pit, hot tub, grill and comfortable lIcing spaces. ”

“If you want to be off the beaten path away from civilization this is the place for you! Don't stress about the drive up the hill to the house, it is steep but not terribly difficult. Just take your time. Amazing views and fun to explore the property, there is a small stream down the hill. ”

“We stayed 4 nights during Easter. It was perfect. We love the Lydia Mountain location. This was our first time at this cabin with our daughter and dog. Our favorite. We love exploring Stanardsville, Alun’s pottery place down the hill, the Shenandoah caverns, and of course, all the hikes we did. The cabin was perfect for lazy mornings of coffee and breakfast on the deck overlooking the mountains. Evenings ended with dinner, wine, and hot tub after our adventures.
