And the fire pit was so awesome that we're going to build one at our house! Then there's the great Conway river that gave my husband, who is a geologist, a ring stone that's very rare to find! And weighs 100 pounds! Luray Caverns were incredible and we spent time hiking the AT and finding local blueberry, blackberry……

“My friend and I stayed at the cabin for a girls weekend and it was GLORIOUS. Great location, hosts were superb in their communication and the cabin is perfect for a cozy and quiet get away. We slept with the windows opening, falling asleep to the frogs and crickets. Will definitely come back!”

“Was perfect spot to rest for the weekend while we explored the national park and city nearby! The treehouse was so cute and cozy! The signal was a little spotty, but would sometimes connect to the nearest larger rental. We walked the property, and due to the season, there seemed to be a lot of landscaping work going on - bet it’s fantastic in the summertime! There were some local coffee shops and restaurants that were nice, but depending on which direction you go, some of the nearby cities are……

The owners were amazing there were storms and heavy rain on our check in day, we were contacted hours before we were to check in and we were told that we could check in early due to more impending storms.Hopefully it will be available for our next trip. “The property was clean and comfortable. The gas fireplace made the environment cozy.However, the mattress is very hard, the legs on the chairs around the dining room table are loose, the front door was not locked when we arrived. We would stay again”

“Our stay was absolutely wonderful. First I want to say when we got there the GPS would have taken us directly there but there was an accident and no detour signs. I called Randy and he stayed on the phone with me until we got to the cabin giving me step by step directions. Wonderful host. The cabin was beautiful, very clean and fully stocked. The water pressure was amazing. Usually you don't have water pressure or hot water and both were awesome. Our stay was one of the best ever. A WONDERFUL……

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the Overlook cabin. It was the perfect place to come back to after spending my days exploring caverns in the area and hiking in the Shenandoah National Park. James provided clear directions including a helpful information binder in the cabin. The place was clean with the usual amenities. Would definitely stay here again. ”
