Don’t stay in this place! It was not cleaned! The owner had personal stuff laying around like bathroom attire, there was a bunch of opened and used food in the refrigerator that was also dirty! And the shower water comes out horrible like a public water fountain. The location is sketchy my uber dropped me off in an alleyway! I checked out literally an hour after I checked in! I was told by the owner I’d get some type of refund and that never happened!

The place was perfect for my weekend in Rochester. Had a few days at the University Medical Center and stayed downtown. The apt was in a great location to the busses and to restaurants. I could easily walk everywhere and the river trail was also close.
