“This place isnt for everyone but it was perfect for my wife and I. Nice and quaint, my wife loved have access to the pool and hot tub. Less than a 10 minute drive to everything in the area. When we come back to Rockport, we know where we will be staying.”

“It wasn't quite as clean as it should have been. Cobwebbs, debris under beds, cigerette butts in porch trays. I had to pay a lot for cleaning, hope the people after me have cleaned place. The home is quaint and beautiful. We loved staying there”

“Always a great stay at Amelia’s Landing. The property owners are so friendly and welcoming. Location is close to the beach, dining and night life. ”

“Property is nice and welcoming, updated interior and smells like a new home. If staying in warmer months bring a fan for air circulation, there was an issue with the AC system but property management was very prompt in sending someone out. If noise sensitive, bring a sound machine as the homes are right off the main roadway in town. For clarification the queen size bed is the pullout and the master suite bed is a full. Overall enjoyed our stay and will consider using this property again in the……
