“There are two disappointing points: 1. Check-in is only available at 4PM. I was driving around and got into a small car accident, that was terrible 2. There is no dedicated parking lot and one bath towel is missing.”

“Had an unexpected layover since airline delays caused me to miss my connecting flight and the only way home was to catch the next flight, which was the next morning. I had already stayed here when I had a 20 hour period before my connecting flight on my initial travel. Beds comfortable, clean sheets and glass shower instead of the regular shower curtain. Free shuttle from airport to hotel and then back to the airport. Overall good stay and I would stay there again. ”

“The checked in process was fast, and we were given a very delicious warm cookies. the hotel was clean and our room was very clean, I wish the parking was free but overall it was a good hotel and close to Panda coffee which we love and few minutes drive to Stanley Market. ”

“The room was clean, and the hotel relatively quiet. We were traveling with a dog, so it was to find a pet friendly hotel. We were disappointed there was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. The kitchenette in the room was nice even though we had a quick stay and did not use if. It would’ve been nice to have some type of bakery items available for breakfast instead of just coffee. It would also be nice to have the option of tea instead of just coffee in the morning. We would definitely stay……

Although I occasionally heard drunken pedestrians making noise at night, I stayed on the 13th floor, so it was within an acceptable range. The room was a bit small, but it was sufficient for me alone.
