“We were here just one night before a cruise after several nights in time and it was great. Plenty of room and a short walk to most of the restaurants in the boardwalk area. The balcony was a nice view and it was about 7 minutes to largo della pace bus circle for the shuttle in the morningCommunization on the app and Whatsapp was great. ”

“Perfect spot away from the hustle and bustle. Easy to get to Rome and Florence. Quiet at night. Beautiful view. Plenty of restaurants near by. Absolutely loved the quiet nights and away from the noise of the city. ”

Hinzu kommt, dass uns Simona mit vielen Leckereien überrascht hat. Die Betreuung durch Simona und Laura bei kleinen Hindernissen war umgehend, super organisiert und immer zuverlässig! Herzlichen Dank hierfür und die wertvollen Tipps! Passoscuro ist für uns optimal gewesen, Ruhe zum Erholen und nahe an Rom für Tagestouren. ”

“Alles war sehr gut, die Preise im Restaurant höher als erwartet, und viel muss du dazu buchen ( Klimaanlage, Tücher und so weiter…) Es wäre besser sofort den gesamten Preis zu verstehen. Trotzdem ist alles ok, besonders Pools!”

“What an incredible experience. We had no idea what to expect. We were so pleasantly surprised by this lovely home. The owners were kind, accommodating, generous and overall wonderful. The villa itself was perfectly put together. We felt safe and well taken care of. The outdoor space was relaxing and there was direct access to the beach while providing security. Don’t miss out! ”

“Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet! Jaqueline war sehr freundlich und stand für Fragen bereit. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Supermarkt, Strand, sowie Restaurants und Eisdielen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt bei Jaqueline!”

“Lovely appartment perfecly well equipped in a quiet surrounding close to the sea as well as to the lakes of Bracciano and Bolsena and to numerous etruscan and medieval places harbouring good traditional restaurants. Perfectly suited for family holidays. Constant and helpful support by the owner's family.”

“Although we were there for just one night it was extremely quiet area and when we needed help our host always answered the phone and helped us out. Would definitely stay there again if we are wver back in Rome.”
