“This property was beautiful! Spacious house with wonderful outdoor space on both levels. It was very close to the coastal town of Ostia and we loved our day at the beach. For trips into Rome, the transportation was a little more complicated and expensive. Overall, a terrific place for families - I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all of the amenties.”

“This place is super clean in lovely area, they left a little snak's box and drinks as well as fruits to welcome us! Property owner was very nice and helpful we had a car breakdown he called road side assistant he stayed with us until it got resolved as the customer service couldn't speak English!”

“David was an exceptional host - kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The apartment was spotless, modern, and located in a quiet neighborhood. The air conditioning was a huge bonus, especially during the heat wave. Despite being close to the airport, we barely noticed any plane noise. David also gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations and even offered to make reservations for us. We truly appreciated his hospitality and would highly recommend staying here!”

“I don't know why but our GPS jept trying to take us up the street. Once we got Fausto on the phone, everything was easy. The parking is small, even for a small car, but we managed with help. Lots of bedrooms and three bathrooms. Tons of food and drink for purchase and some complimentary Continental breakfast items. The rooftop is beautiful as is the garden. There were some mosquitos that made it inside with us, but it was fine after about two hours. Thanks for making us feel at home!”

“Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war perfekt, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und wurden sogar mit einem Gläschen Prosecco empfangen-mega! Die Villa hält was sie verspricht, wir hatten einen fabelhaften Aufenthalt. Ich würde gern was kritisches Schreiben, aber es gibt nichts zu kritisieren-für uns war es rund um perfekt. Prima Lage um Rom zu besuchen, einen nahegelegenen See zu besuchen, oder an den Strand zu gelangen. Lebensmittelversorgung ist gut und viele kleine Gaststätten zu guten……
