“Simonetta’s Villa is beautiful, spacious and in a great location for a relaxing family get-away. The outdoor space is amazing - with a hot tub, ping pong table and bikes to keep our children entertained for hours. Everything we needed was within walking distance (grocery store, coffee/gelato shop, beach) which was awesome as we didn’t have to rent a vehicle to get around. The rooms within the house are also spacious and comfortable for a larger family. I would definitely recommend Simonetta’s……

“This place is super clean in lovely area, they left a little snak's box and drinks as well as fruits to welcome us! Property owner was very nice and helpful we had a car breakdown he called road side assistant he stayed with us until it got resolved as the customer service couldn't speak English!”

“Can't tell you how amazing David was. We were just staying one night due to an overnight flight in Rome. Our flight was delayed and we canceled our reservation with David since we were going to be coming in at midnight. The airline was supposed to be giving us a hotel, they canceled there offer and I texted David at close to 1am to see if we could still use the reservation. He was so kind and accommodating! He met us at the property, had wine ready for us and had a car called for us next……

“Where do I start!! The town itself is a cute beach town an easy Urber to/from the airport. The house was a beautiful relaxing retreat!! The pictures are spot on, plenty of room to relax and chill. Front porch, back porch, balconies, beachy decor we loved it. Each of us loved the rooms we were in, comfy beds, sleep sanctuaries. Sabrina is a doll!! Easy to talk to helpful and willing to give up her corkscrew :>) We just regret we did not put more time away to enjoy this beautiful place. The……

“Wir haben es sehr genossen in dem gemütlich eingerichteten Ferienhaus eine Woche zu verbringen. Es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Der Garten war sehr liebevoll gepflegt. Die Billardplatte im Keller war täglich über Stunden in Benutzung. Die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich. Die Wege zum Meer und zur Eisdiele waren sehr kurz. Rundum hat es uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen.”
