“There is more to Rome than just “Rome”. This place felt like home from the communication of our host David, to the outdoor space and restaurants that are walking distance which offer wonderful food for great prices. Multiple supermarkets close by. Beach is 5 minute drive. We also drove to Ostia Beaches which are beautiful and about 25 minutes away. Also a short walk to s small water front path with great seafood restaurants and outdoor seating. We have travelled well over 25 times same person……

“My husband and I stayed here for 1 month in September 2024. Carlo met us at the home when we first arrived and explained everything about the home to us. Carlo is a great host! He answered any questions we had about the area. The home is small but it was spacious enough for my husband and I to be comfortable. The home was clean and had everything we needed. It even has a lime tree in the yard! Great to slice and add to a glass of water. The ocean is just a few minutes away by car and the market……

“We loved our stay at Villa Dolce Vita. It was like two vacations in one. The option of the beach was refreshing after exploring Rome on our hot days. Towels and beach bag were available for use. The villa is spacious with 3 good size rooms for sleeping, ample bathrooms, kitchen had everything we needed. There were little added touches like Americano coffee ready for us to fill our cup.
