“David was a wonderful host, he had great communication. The apartment was great, it was very clean, very neat and well decorated. The bedding was very clean. The apartment has Two bathrooms with showers, Nice . The front yard is very nice with an amazing outdoor kitchen with grill and plenty of seating!! for a private place to hang out in Rome look no further !! Good WiFi too!!! ”

“My husband and I stayed here for 1 month in September 2024. Carlo met us at the home when we first arrived and explained everything about the home to us. Carlo is a great host! He answered any questions we had about the area. The home is small but it was spacious enough for my husband and I to be comfortable. The home was clean and had everything we needed. It even has a lime tree in the yard! Great to slice and add to a glass of water. The ocean is just a few minutes away by car and the market……

“Very clean and accurate description. We really enjoyed our stay. The train station is a 15 to 20 min walk and takes you to Central Rome station in less than 30 min. Host was excellent in communication and the property was clean and beautiful. All necessities were provided and even some more. Kids enjoyed the pool. Thank you :) ”

“My family (7 people aged 16-68) stayed here on our first visit to Rome. The property was easy to access and the manager was always accessible. The check-in was quick, and they were flexible with our arrival time. There was plenty of space and bathrooms. The kitchen and courtyard had plenty of space for us. The location is excellent with easy access to the historic city center, restaurants, and shopping. We would definitely stay here again. ”
