“Good and efficient communication before checking in. They arranged a check-in agent to meet us on-site. The closest metro station is Vittorio Emanuele, but we had some extra walking from Roma Termini station (about 15-20mins while carrying luggages), so as to avoid chaos in the metro in Rome. Just a few minutes walking distance from the Colosseum. We felt safe to walk around in the neighbourhood at night. We booked a one-bedroom apartment (with a sofa bed in the living room). The apartment……

“It was roomy unit for family and friends. However, there was one bathroom upstairs. Towels were old. Our unit faced to noisy street. We had a bit problem when check in. But operator is very quick to answer and solve any issues right away.”

“Nice apartment and friendly staff. Good location, most sights can be reached on foot like colosseum, Termini train station, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, etc. The surrounding was quiet and convenient, you can easily find supermarkets, bus stop, restaurants. The apartment had towels, shampoo, and washing machine. We were asked to clean the dishes and throw the garbage ourselves. Overall, we like our stay in Rome.”

“Apartment style room was clean and comfortable and we felt safe. We did not have AC. No instructions on how to use it. We slept with the windows open. Adele gave us good recommendations on a map. It would have been nice to have coffee. ”

“Very cozy room and friendly staffs. The breakfast is no fancy but essential and sufficient. Just one small thing: The room is equipped with stoves, with pot, cups and spoons, which is nice but surprisingly, no kettle! Luckily we can go to the canteen for hot water to make tea and coffee. The free parking venue is a plus. Supermarket is close by. Overall, I will recommend this place for someone come with car.”
