“The cabin a was as advertised! We loved the snacks and refreshments left for our arrival. After unloading we enjoyed the front porch and just relaxed. Due to a lot of rain we were without electricity and internet which was fine with us. We were notified of outage and about cancelations of events going on in town! Thank you Shelia and hubby for making our stay memorable!! We would of liked to hqve a bbq pit to cook on but we managed..We will be back when it gets cooler to enjoy the porch!”

“The house was well suited for our trip - a place to sleep, relax, review our day of birding and have a few nightcaps in the evening after a long day of birding in and around the local parks.The owner was quick to respond to any questions that we had before and during our visit. “I greatly enjoyed working with Tasso, the property’s host. They were very easy to communicate with and worked with me to accommodate some unique needs. The property was so serene and beautiful. The home was exceptionally well appointed and spacious. I had fun introducing my kids to their record player and their enjoyably eclectic album collection made for the perfect soundtrack to our stay. We look forward to visiting again.”

“This place is too cool. Very vintage. Retro. California Gold Rush wall paper. Vintage ceramic tile in bathroom. Wood paneling. Even picture tube TV. We are talking 50-70 years back. Of course fits with JUnction, TX, as the town seems stuck in time, too. We laughed, when "Petticoat Junction" came on the TV. Clean. Good bed. Cost is reasonable. $50, so even price is stuck in time.”
