“We came from out of state for a funeral. The home was a calming, peaceful place to return to after an emotional day. Our little dog enjoyed the back yard. Some other family gathered with us 1 afternoon to visit on the back patio & play a game of cornhole. The house was clean & fresh & had all the amenities we needed. Would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in Terrel.”

“The place is across from the SMU football stadium and a short walk to most of the campus. On a busy road (Mockingbird), the house had everything we needed - lots of room, four bedrooms with comfortable beds, etc. All as the online listing states. “I’ve stayed in many hotels and air bnb’s, this one is the best one I’ve stayed in. The house was beautiful, great quality. The decor was gorgeous. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Everything you could possibly need for your stay was available. I will most definitely be staying here again. I have absolutely NO complaints about this place. ”

“I would NOT recommend this property to other guests. There is lacking effort in guest comfort. The home is nice, but the weeds, spider webs, cold hot tub, watery hand soap, thin, old, rough towels, fence broken, and lack of information that all bedrooms are upstairs AND the number of beds on listing were sub-par. The agent’s response to being locked out was excellent. Her lack of response about the pool was disappointing.”

“Access to property was simple. There was more than enough room to hang out & get comfortable. Had many fun filled pool games. The kitchen was equipped for everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch, & supper. Being able to park our vehicle in the garage was a plus as well. Will definitely keep this as one of my favorites. ”
