“ The hotel was clean and nicely decorated, with a colorful and welcoming atmosphere. The elevators were unfortunately out of order during my stay, but the staff went out of their way to accommodate me with a 3rd-floor room instead of the 5th, which I really appreciated. “Great hotel property. Beautiful pool, new, novel, clean. Restaurants on site. Front desk tried to upsell me $30 for a room with a view. When I declined they said they had to upgrade me anyway. Deceptive. Chattanooga has a bad homeless and drug problem. It’s all over the place. So the area doesn’t feel safe. I’m a strong, fit man with self defence training. I didn’t love waking down MLK boulevard…other than that the hotel itself is very nice..”

“The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience.
