“方便整潔，性價比高。只是因為是self check-in, 需要事先在mail裡來回溝通入住事項，如果預約了停車卡，得先check in進房間拿停車卡”

“晚上約11時多，由於房間花灑開關掣掉下，而且熱水量不足，所以酒店替我們換房，等了大約一個多小時(包括找工程人員上來check)，結果深夜1時才可以洗澡…. 攰得不得了。 服務是很好的，床單和被鋪都很好。只要定價實在太高，第二天清潔完房間，沒有留下新的蒸餾水，冷氣很嘈。同樣價錢我平時住st regis會比她好很多。”

“酒店地點方面，去舊城區也很近，附近很多食肆，酒店有相當歷史，但仍保留部份舊的磚牆和新的浴室，很好。如自駕遊，記得說明你book 酒店時是否免費泊車，另如要清潔房間，也通知聲櫃檯，整體是不錯”

“Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one……

“This was our first time in Quebec City and we were so happy we picked this place to stay! It was super clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was located in a great part of town, walkable to a lot of the destinations we wanted to see. The hot tub was also a bonus! ”
