“Suffice to say, if we're looking for somewhere to stay in the area again we won't need to look any further than The Dabbling Duck. We were well looked after from start to finish. Superb accommodation and lovely food - especially the breakfast which was perfect. ”

“A lovely pretty place to stay. We stayed in the Wood Lodge. Which was sweet with its own little garden / courtyard. Location is great especially as the beach is a 2 minutes walk where you can go and watch the sunset. I would highly recommend this place, especially as there are different accommodation options to pick from. Nigel was very helpful and welcoming. Extra added bonus is dogs are welcome...”

“We arrived on a Wednesday evening had a shower. The room was spotless , then had dinner which was a Pie and a pint. Lovely dinner. The staff were excellent, very friendly.”

“Need to have choice of duvet as the provided was far too warm for me in June. Had to take cover off and use this rather than the duvet. Leaving windows open downstairs during night was necessary as too warm but always worry about security. Keys for front door and room door could be more easily identifiable as constantly trying wrong one as look the same. Pavillion last food orders didn't align with advertised times ”

“Lovely stay, Staff are excellent very friendly. Comfortable room, however the shower head was dripping which was a little irking. Breakfast was great. Did not have dinner, so unsure what it would be like. Overall I would be back. ”

“Basic, bright and modern. We stayed for 1 night and it was suffice, but couldn’t breathe without the cheap wooden bed frame creaking, so it kept us awake. The rooms are in a beautiful farmland location, and surrounding roads were quiet and easy access to visiting areas of Norfolk.”

“Struggled to get into the property but once in there was stains up the walls on the floor and the bedding was also stained and dirty messaged host on Expedia got no reply rand them it just rang off also sent a txt message and got blanked there too ”

“Mis-sold this accommodation. This is a house share, with 5 bedroom, but was described as "You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party." on Expedia So I did not stay at Hillcroft.”
