“Love that this Vineyard Hotel is dog friendly. Our room was massive, great terrace which was safe for the dog. It was a beautiful evening and we enjoyed sitting out with the vines in view as we chilled and chatted over a few glasses of wine.”

“We stayed 2 nights, family of four. We had the family room. Very comfortable, hot bath/shower. Kettle in room. Great food and service. Family run pub, Leigh and her staff were very welcoming and let our friends breakfast with us staying elsewhere. Great place for kids as they have a pool table and games out the back. Food and drink was delicious and they have a kids menu. Very pretty village near the river with a few shops and coffee places. We visited the Big pit that was fantastic well worth……

“This is a very nice hotel and the rooms are spacious. We are satisfied with this comfortable stay experience. But I think a minor thing may need to be improved. The temperature of bath/shower is not very steady, and it dropped down after several minutes. Besides, the water from tape also took several minutes to become warm. Since we visited in April and it is still a bit cold, when I washed my hands I felt a bit freezing. It would be better to access hot water more easily.”

“The staff were great, they swapped my room for one on the ground floor as I have difficulty with stairs and the hotel doesn't have a lift. The bathroom extraction wasn't working and the room wasn't air conditioned. There was only a basic chair to sit on. Everything else was good.”
