“Upon arriving, we were told that Hotel.com had booked us a smoking room. I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened. “The guest service Michael is not friendly at all, it seems like we were bothering him, just because we asked for towels. His customer service is very poor. In this business where good hospitality manners are essential, Mr. Michael front desk attendant doesn’t have any skills, real bad customer service. He is a liability to this industry.☹️”
