“was here last year and returned this year stayed 4 days mall across the street, great service, breakfast was good, well maintained property there was a slight issue with power the first day I was there and one elevator was out of service for one day but overall I was pleased with my stay. “This is a family-friendly, comfortable hotel in a lovely location. The free hotel shuttle to Old Juan and Escambron beach (which has a lovely calm area for swimming and a more open area for snorkeling) was very, very convenient. The shuttle also goes to the T-Mobile District which has resturants, bars, cinemas, zip-lining and an arcade, but you can walk there in 5 minutes if you miss the shuttle. “I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to local attractions but still quiet and relaxing. I especially enjoyed the breakfast each morning, a great way to start the day.
