“This is a cozy well kept downstairs apartment. The walk out patio is a bonus that you don't usually find in the city. We loved the location because you could walk to all our favorites, Sylvia's, Red Rooster and the Apollo. Subway stops are convenient to downtown. Apartment is well equipped with anything that you could need. We did something as with all properties, and the manager was there within the hour. We will definitely stay here again.”

“Overall, the stay was good. It started out rough because it wasn’t ready for us, and communication from the host was poor. But once we got in, it went fine. We were told to stay in the 3rd floor apartment, but we found our layer it seemed to have been a miscommunication because the majority of the amenities were in the 2nd floor apartment after asking for garbage bags when checking out.
