“The property was great place”

“Location to property is excellent if you’re planning to go to Busch gardens or that area. House is okay for a short stay. However, place needs a bit more cleaning. Towels were wore down and smelled! Only 1 tv in the whole place. ”

“The 3 units divided from an old 1958 house has large gaps between units. No service provided and no response to photos and video. No hot water no wifi or tv remote. No dryer so if you swim, pack wet clothes in suitcase. No soap in shower and towels were rags. Suite with kitchen had 3 greasy frying pans and white powder in drawers. Frig sounded lijke an airplane. After a week neither Derrick or Jerry contacted me about the lack of service or their competency with hotel mngmt. Call your tenant or……

A good attempt was made to update the property for use, but not all the workmanship was good quality (Ex: A/C vents falling off the walls, loose carpet) and there were some issues we experienced (Ex: The A/C wasn’t working well because of how hot it was outside, so the top bedroom was too hot for……
