“I had booked this place for 2 days, it was a valentines getaway from my fiancé.. we'll check in we walked in and I instantly heard yelling from across the hall, cussing, kids screaming etc.. I smelled a nasty moldy smell instantly.. Being someone with severe asthma I instantly started to sneeze, runny nose, watery eyes etc... we walked back to the pool area and it was by far the nastiest pool I've ever seen!! Looked like dead skin was floating on top of the water ( I even have pictures ) so with……

After a week neither Derrick or Jerry contacted me about the lack of service or their competency with hotel mngmt. Call your tenant or……
