“I gave a 4 star according to the host’s criteria. Ali is friendly and an efficient host. The property is in a nice location and the parking was a plus. Unfortunately, the pictures are deceiving and most likely taken when it was newly renovated and with good lighting. This is a garden/basement apartment. It is quite dark and dingy because the apartment hasn’t been maintained. The walls are scuffed/dirty, blinds are broken, curtain rods falling off. It is in need of a true cleaning and refresh……

“Came to Chicago to attend daughter's graduation. We had apt 2F and everything was perfect for our family stay. 3 bedrooms all with queen beds. Apt was furnished and all of the necessary items to cook in the kitchen. Only 10 minute walk to the Pink & Blue lines. It was graduation weekend and the apt above was celebrating late into the night during one night we were there. Don't attribute that to all stays considering it was Grad Weekend. Overall very nice stay and would stay again when……

“We stayed here during a volleyball tournament and were overall happy. It was about a 15min walk to McCormick Place, and the area overall wasn’t too busy. There’s a cute coffee shop just down the block, Momentum. We did choose to walk to Shedd’s Aquarium, which is about 1.5mile away. Quick response with communication. People downstairs were loud one night, and be prepared with the L being right outside the place but it wasn’t too bad.”

“The Oak Park loft pictures don’t do it justice. It is very large and all the special little touches, from the design and furnishings to the beautiful crib, rocking chair, and games for kids were all chosen with love and caring. Every kitchen supply was available, the bathroom massive with plenty of room to spread out (we women have lots of stuff!), and I could access all my favorite tv apps. The neighborhood was gorgeous and it was so fun to walk around such a historic area. Just be prepared for……

“this was a great place to stay for a weekend wedding. clean, comfortable and well-furnished!”

“Stayed for two nights with a few college friends. We’re able to find street parking pretty easily but the parking is full all up and down. Apartment is on third floor, so need to be able to carry luggage up and down. Space was clean and we enjoyed hanging out in the dining and living room. Beds were huge and so comfy! Just be careful taking garbage out the back stairs, as steps were slippery from rain. ”

“This was perfect for our needs! Convenient for the Shedd Aquarium and Field Museum, and less than 15 mins to the River. We absolutely loved the neighborhood and the Italian Gio’s restaurant within 500 feet as well as an amazinice cream shop also within 500 feet. We had everything we needed at this rental. Amazing Chinese dining delivery! Did notice the top step needed a little fixing but nothing that was a problem. Plenty of towels, hot water, comfortable beds. Excellent. ”
