“The room was next to the lift, laundry was brought up in the early hours. Faced an enclosed yard where deliveries were made, Carpet in the room stained and side of the bed torn.”

“My recent stay was extremely disappointing. The bed was very uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the shower head was broken, which made bathing an unpleasant experience. The room itself was dusty and had a bad smell, compounded by the constant noise from the surroundings. Unfortunately, I will not be staying here again.”

“A lovely place to stay! Our cottage was perfect, good size and beautifully decorated. Such a peaceful place, easy to get into Cardiff centre. My daughter left her teddy behind and the staff were so helpful, they packaged him up ready for a courier to collect and let me know when he was collected. ”

“This is a lovely hotel in a rural setting but relatively close (around 10min) to the M4. Driving up the narrow lane to the hotel set the mood for me, quiet and tranquil. The staff throughout the stay were friendly and accomodating. This was a business trip and we hosted a business dinner at the restaurant. The service was very good as was the food.
