“I don't want to be negative about this hotel as I will stay here again, but just some minor things, firstly the breakfast room opened late so I didn't have time to eat, but no big deal, some say I could afford to miss the odd breakfast. The other is the sound proofing, again, no big issue, but the older couple arguing in the room above and stomping around the room was a bit of a distraction, but the did quiet down quite early (this is not a slight on the hotel, just a comment). The tv remote……

“Really enjoyed my overnight stay in Sandbay. Close to Western Supermare, can hop on a bus and spend time there however there is plenty of entertainment on site also a swimming pool, dart boards and 2x snooker tables. The only downside it's a card only venue but take some cash for vending machine and bingo in the evening cash only. ”

“Staff were very friendly. We had an issue with our bed which was acted on immediately. Perfect base for visiting other parts of Wales. ”

“The room was amazing spacious and clean to a high standard. My only issue was we paid for a sea view but had a call to say someone had booked 2 mins before myself and the sea view room had been taken. No offer of a refunded as we paid extra for the sea view that we didn’t get. ”

“入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角”
