“总体来讲还不错，房间清洁、大人双人床是大床，酒店在一个村镇边的山坡上。唯一遗憾的是，本来是想体验住城堡的感觉的，谁知道网上提供的泳池景观房不在城堡里面，而在后来在城堡外山脚下新建的泳池边的小平房里，城堡里晚上10点后还锁门，泳池房像为遗弃的孩子。好在当地治安不错，否则我们一定担心死安全问题。因此，想体验城堡住宿的，千万不要订泳池景观房。酒店的早餐很一般。”

“La signora è gentilissima e ci ha accolti col sorriso..è adatta per svolgere questo lavoro..la camera e il bagno sono bellissimi..nuovi.. ben arredati e pulitissimi.. inseriti in un parco fantastico nel verde e là quiete regna assoluta. La colazione preparata dalla signora è ottima con prodotti di qualità.. .Lei è sempre premurosa e attenta affinché l'ospite si senta al meglio.”

“入住當天旅館接待人員晚間主動詢問我們幾點抵達，我們當時預估九點左右，我們大概九點零五分抵達後，旅館人員也還在櫃檯等待我們，其實他是九點下班，很感謝他加班為了迎接我們。整個飯店很有歷史感，有可愛的花園，距離雪儂梭堡步行五分鐘即可抵達，房間寬敞有一個小陽台，也有提供咖啡茶和礦泉水，也可以直接向櫃檯購買夏儂索堡的門票，免除排隊的時間。唯一感覺較不便的是沒有電梯，但是考量飯店的歷史，能夠理解。旅館有自己的停車場，不額外收費，非常方便。”
