“Great location in a fun historic home close to everything. We've booked VRBO houses for over 20 years and I don't recall ever being hosted by someone who cares about the guests to this extent. In addition to the snacks, coffees, breakfast items and well-stocked kitchen, Jamie sent a text on arrival to see if she should have food delivered from somewhere local in case we were tired and hungry from travelling. Quality toiletries & linen, cute and comfy decor, secure and neighborly location.……

“We enjoyed our stay in New Orleans. This property was a big part of that experience. I have zero complaints. The house was clean and well maintained. "The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant."
