“We booked eight days in rooms hotel of Georgia ,four days in Tbilisi,four days in Kazbegi,but it is a terrible experince. We booked the car in your hotel ,but the local stuff and the local diver are one group, they cheat travellers .we paid them 400 GEL ,but when we got on the car the driver said it was not enough,he put us in a Marshurka bus station and wanted more 150 GEL .The driver found many his driver friends to arround us ,to ask more money and to give us pressure. It is a terrible……

“I was able to check in at 7AM by paying an extra half day - well worth it after a 28 hour trip without sleep. The hotel we simply wonderful entire stay. Top marks to the front desk personnel - friendly and efficient. The breakfast was an excellent and abundant buffet. The room was obviously old, and the furniture was showing its age. However, the modern bathroom was appreciated as was the in-room safe. There was a persistent smell of sewage in the bathroom, however, that never went away my……

“A very clean and newer hotel. Interior design is nice but lobby and hallways are a little too dark, but could be their style. Breakfast was really good, different servings daily. I admire how the staff from the front desk to the dining area greets you everytime and so friendly. They are very accommodating to your favors (I had a couple), thanks to you all. We will be back.”

“No signs how to find the entrance, not in the description on expedia either. Hotel is located on the 8th floor, there is constant construction on the floors below with workers occupying the elevator and stairs. While walking upstairs trying to sqeeze between the workers wounded myself and completely damaged my jeans with iron sticks which are just sticking out of the walls. Half of the lights in our room did not work.after addressing it to reception they told they would fix it, but it never……

“2nd time I stay here in 10 days. They are always cleaning the lobby and breakfast areas. Had a 2nd early check in, as the room was ready, which was very much appreciated. Easy going relaxed staff. Highly recommend it and would 100% stay a 3rd time.”
