“Estamos molestos , no fue posible acceder al hotel ya que había un evento cultural en toda la zona alrededor de su propiedad, estuvimos tocando la puerta y los goles por teléfono por más de 20 min !!! Ya después de muchos minutos nos contestó una persona de muy mala manera y no nos dio solución ! Eso fue alrededor de las 930 pm. Si ir lo cual exijo se me regrese mi dinero que pague con ustedes ! Jamás me ha pasado esto en otra parte del mundo ! Pésimo hotel y servicio ”

“The ceilings are incredibly high! I had two balconies and a jetted tub in my room…a lovely comfortable bed and a huge (if mostly breads) breakfast. Parking would be a challenge in this area, but it’s easily walkable as it’s just outside of the busy part of the city center.”

“지금껏 만나본 호스트 중 가장 친절했다. 문의와 거의 동시에 응답하는 등 커뮤니케이션이 매우 원활했고 주차안내나 식당정보 등도 무척 유용했다. 객실자체도 크고 청결했고 조식시간이 안 맞을 때는 도시락까지 준비해주는 등 최고의 숙박이었다. 재방문 의사는 물론 지인들에게도 추천하고 싶은 곳이다.”

“This B&B is lovely and the host was excellent and very helpful. Be aware that access is on the side of the building adjacent to a parking lot through 2 locked metal gates and you must be prepared to carry your luggage up 2 flights of stairs as the elevator starts on floor 1. Unfortunately just around the corner from the property are homeless people sleeping on the street and in doorways and a lot of garbage and graffiti everywhere but this seems typical for all of Catania. There is a Lido……

“Great hotel located on the main shopping street and 10 minutes walk to the old town centre. Lots of restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Hotel clean and tidy and when windows closed it blocks out almost all the traffic noise- even the police sirens. Great information sent prior to check in and staff very helpful. Great breakfast options. Would stay again.”
