“大約步行 20-25mins 到米蘭大教堂，也算方便，酒店附近有座Coin 商場，酒店舒適乾淨，早餐豐富，從Expedia 訂此酒店享用每晚晚餐八折，有晚試一試，味道不錯，只是結賬時我說了房號，但埋單冇八折，因為要我落單前通知，所以冇折，我說不知道要落單前通知，向他們理論不可以這樣，最後計了九折，也算了！開心的旅程不想好像乞的感覺！ 房間乾淨，只是三人住，每日清潔房後只得一支body bath實在不夠用，Shampoo及conditioner 各兩支夠用，及住了四晚紙巾盒只有一日入紙巾。 另每一晚收了€5 一位成人，我們兩成人即每晚 €5x2，住了四晚收了€40 都幾貴。 大堂有三角琴可以隨便彈奏最不錯。 整體酒店可以的。”

“Some of the staff was not very helpful. Tried to get recommendations on restaurants for dining and could not give us any but the hotel restaurant. We found a great restaurant on our own. I would recommend HAMBROEUS the food is excellent and the owner extremely personable. Also the hotel bar lounge was very poor. Had difficulty putting the charges for each person on their own room. ”

“當天入住時備用的毛毯非常的贓,上面全部都是頭髮,非常噁心 馬上打電話去櫃台反映 但是隔2~3小時才將備用的床單(還不是毛毯,送錯了) 此時我們都已經入睡了 此外,預定酒店時說會有免費的網路 但是實際上是要付款的”

“前台的工作人员非常友好，入住和退房手续都非常便利。房间大小适中，对于一晚商务住宿，非常不错。地点也非常便利，楼下就是地铁站。如果害怕噪音，建议选择靠内的窗户，否则沿街的房间晚上噪音较大”

“Overall services are good, except one front desk lady has poor attitudes toward client. We stayed in 2 floor, but entire 3 floor is under renovation , works starts at 7am, if we have information about renovation, we would not have chosen this hotel. The heating system is the worse, it either over heated at 25c degree or shut down for 1 hour around 6am, my daughter got sick due to this unstable heating system. Would not recommend to anyone.”
