“I absolutely loved this hotel and staff. Everyone was amazing. The front desk people were so helpful, called us tuk tuks, ordered in food for us. I wish i remembered his name but one of the guys spoke English and was awesome. The tuk tuks from hotel took only about 15 mins to get us. Santander street (all shopping, bars and restaurants) was like a 8 min ride away and a 30 min walk which we did a couple times. The view from the hotel was absolutely insane. I’d stay there every time I go to……

“Check-in went very smoothly and the receptionist was kind and helpful. The room was nice, although a little bit dated, but overall it was clean and had good amenities, like a coffee maker and refrigerator. It was within easy walking distance to shopping and dining, and although about 800 meters from the launches (to visit our towns along the lake), it was a level walk”

“Hotel esta bem localizado. Facil acesso a tudo. Gostamos muito das aguas termais, depois de um dia de passeio. Quarto amplo, cama confortavel. As areas internas sao bem arborizadas e muito bem cuidada. So o chuveiro que poderia ser um pouco mais quente. ”

“雖然進出要搭船，但是用Whatsapp聯絡很快就來接，順便遊湖，不會不方便”

“Great property, great staff, great views, everything is great. Rooms need an a.c or fan but other than that I enjoyed my stay. ”
