“This property was beautiful. The location was ideal and so easy to visit the little towns around the lake by public boat. You could make it anywhere around the laje in under 10 minutes. The staff was amazing, food was great, the views were stunning. Everything had so much character. We had the best time and we'd love to go back. ”

Paula, the manager, was especially helpful with everything and communicated promptly with me when I had any questions, even outside normal business hours. Thank you Paula! Alejandro, Enrique, and Anika were outstanding hosts, going above and beyond to assist us with transportation to the lake. “This place is a museum. In normal situation, it is run as autograph or luxury selection. You use antique bed and in rooms with colonian furnitures. One block away from the famous church and Mayan market. The staff ain a seperate office and very professional to give you timetable and help you with guide to any place.A chef team serve you for breakfest. “This was a beautiful hotel very close to the lake. There was a couple things that were walkable nearby but for the most part, it would require a 15 minute ride to do anything else that would be my only complaint outside of my bed being very hard. Se puede caminar a pie, a 5 minitos de la calle Santander que es la principal. Sin embargo a la salida hay transporte de mototaxis.
