“Sarnai is amazing! From arrival to departure. Easy and smooth. Everything looked clean, cozy, comfortable and provided everything that is needed. It is a great stay in such a beautiful part of the world. It is evident the host has put attention, care and awareness into this place. Everything is great from the vibes, views to the surrounding nature. I particularly like that each room has it's "own name". Sarnai is highly, highly recommended, one of my new favorite places. ”

“Only there for a night. The host/manager could have done a better job explaining how to get there, instead of simply suggesting to use Waze maps! Also, they are building a new house at the bottom of the property, so it's a little dangerous having to walk thru a construction site to get to the beach down below. “This stunning villa is undoubtedly one of the top three places we've ever stayed! We absolutely loved it and wished we could have stayed longer. Alejandro, Enrique, and Anika were outstanding hosts, going above and beyond to assist us with transportation to the lake. “Would not recommend to stay here. The staff is not trained in hospitality and the hotel itself is WAY OVERPRICED!! Even at half cost I would not stay here again. No phone reception in the area and NO wifi in the rooms. Stayed on a business trip and one of three rooms had heavy mold stains and the room itself was not properly cleaned. It is also located right next to a noise highway, so you hear cars and noisy public transport at all times. Found out when paying that if you book on other sites……

“Great location, maybe 1 minute walk to start of the market. Room was very large and bed comfy. Bathroom was fine as we had hot water always and good water pressure. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only negative was the inclusive breakfast. Service was poor (received toast, 5 mins later received the jam, 5 mins later still the butter). Also the breakfast food was average. It's all included so can't complain too much. Only other comment is bar doesn't open to 5pm. It's the only one on town ,……

“Hotel was great value for the price. Rooms were comfortable but walls are a bit thin, can hear a bit of noise sometimes. The hot spring pool is a huge bonus, spent a lot of time in there. Restaurant was good ate a couple of dinners there. Good view of the lake too. ”

“Na verblijf was één grote tegenvaller. Het lijkt op de website alsof je in het Pink House verblijft, met gebruik van de keuken, maar dat was niet het geval. Eerst moesten we een half uur wachten omdat de eigenaar de boeking niet had gezien. We kregen daarna een zeer eenvoudige en niet erg schone kamer met alleen een tafel en een koelkast. We konden ons gekochte eten dus niet koken. Toen we gingen douchen sloegen de stoppen door. Dat bleek een bekend probleem. De eigenaar beloofde na veel boze……

“Very beautiful. Staff was great. It is gated where only guests can enter. Great breakfast. We were a bit noisy in the night (around midnight). We were kindly asked to keep it down. We took our conversations inside and were not asked again. It's good to know they do a good job of ensuring a good experience for all. ”
