“This property was beautiful. The location was ideal and so easy to visit the little towns around the lake by public boat. You could make it anywhere around the laje in under 10 minutes. The staff was amazing, food was great, the views were stunning. Everything had so much character. We had the best time and we'd love to go back. ”

He also was very helpful in providing information about the area - restaurants, swimming holes and hiking trails. The kitchen was available to the guest to use as needed as long as you cleaned up afterwards.”

One block away from the famous church and Mayan market. The staff ain a seperate office and very professional to give you timetable and help you with guide to any place.A chef team serve you for breakfest. “This was a beautiful hotel very close to the lake. There was a couple things that were walkable nearby but for the most part, it would require a 15 minute ride to do anything else that would be my only complaint outside of my bed being very hard. The staff was great. The food in the hotel was a little inconsistent. I ordered the same breakfast on two different days. One day it was amazing the second time I ordered it I was really unhappy with it. Staff and presentation at the restaurant made up……

“Na verblijf was één grote tegenvaller. Het lijkt op de website alsof je in het Pink House verblijft, met gebruik van de keuken, maar dat was niet het geval. Eerst moesten we een half uur wachten omdat de eigenaar de boeking niet had gezien. We kregen daarna een zeer eenvoudige en niet erg schone kamer met alleen een tafel en een koelkast. We konden ons gekochte eten dus niet koken. Toen we gingen douchen sloegen de stoppen door. Dat bleek een bekend probleem. De eigenaar beloofde na veel boze……

“Beautiful property would definately come back in the warmer months. A little away from main downtown Panajachel but the Tuktuk would pick us up no problems. Yvan was supernice and helpful.
