“Jardines de Lago is a very cozy, romantic place, very well maintained. The staff is very attentive, especially Sole, who attended to all our requests. “Visitors must be aware of the steep, difficult climb from the main road. Fit folx in their 20s and 30s won't be too fussed, but we're pretty fit for our 50s and it was a real effort. Handrails leading up to the yurts would make an excellent safety addition. We stayed in the top yurt (#4) and the views are tremendous and worth the big climb. We requested breakfast delivery in the am and it arrived on time! Delicious. Recommend this relatively new destination!”

“Beautiful hotel, excellent staff and gorgeous grounds. The restaurant wasexcellent as well. We originally booked a place in San Marcos but the bathroom was not private or close. Santa cataria was much more peaceful. And the pools were wonderful.”
