“We came here after our original booking elsewhere were unacceptable. The front desk was super respectful, efficient, and helpful. We were in a king suite and it was perfect for our short stay. My only complaint was the living area, with the sleeper sofa, was a bit warmer than the inside room but that was okay. We were on the second floor which is easily accessed by stairs or the elevator. There is a really pretty terrace upstairs with a "pool." This probably shouldnt be advertised as such but it……

“The room was luxurious and had all the amenities and tea and coffee we could desire! Check-in and check-out were easy and they let us store our luggage for free while we wait to check in to our next hotel. Would love to stay here again!”

“雖有古老歷史味房子 , 但到處殘缺人頭雕像散佈各角落及房間櫥櫃裡, 陰森恐怖之感油然而生. 房間裡黴味撲鼻, 吊扇上均是灰塵, 古式沙發椅布已經破損, 椅布髒舊破. 感覺長久無人居住. ”

“It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed ”
