“great location and staff. Close to everything”

“This is one of the coolest hotels I've stayed at as it is right in the middle of the museum. The staff were really friendly and the room was always clean. The shutters made the room pitch black which we loved! The only thing I would say is the rooms are on the top floor and there is no lift, not a problem for us but may be an issue for anyone with mobility problems. It was close to two really great strips full of market stalls, shops and restaurants. Would stay here again if I was travelling to……

“This place is truly a palazzo! The rooms are unlike any I’ve ever stayed in. The artwork, furnishings and public areas are akin to being in a museum. That being said, the room was comfortable and airy. A wonderful breakfast spread was supplied. Drawbacks: it felt slightly understaffed. A few times I went to the desk and there was nobody around. The staff I met were all friendly and helpful. Also the area is central to the historic district, which means two things: it’s crazy noisy (the hotel……

“Excellent location. Rooms clean and showers hot. Staff very helpful with general information and taxi arrangements. Naples is noisy though so bring earplugs to improve your chances of sleeping!”
