“Family owned and operated. They referred us to a near by restaurant and kept our luggage in their office since we were early for check-in. Very nice staff!”

“We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful, the suite was spacious, and the beds comfortable. Our only issue was housekeeping never brought anything the first time we asked (pool towels or more towels). The room had 3 towels for 6 guests and it took two days before we got enough for each family member to have their own towel. ”

“The property was recently remodeled and was quiet. The bed was comfortable and the ceiling fans were nice. It was conveniently located to the Cabrillo Marine Aquarium. There are no security locks on the doors. The other downside is the bathroom sink has an open channel spout to create a waterfall effect but I think they are unsanitary. The room appeared clean but unfortunately there was a bad odor in the kitchen/living room area and there was a hair in the toilet and one in the shower. ”

“Loved it there night before cruise. Ask about the local shuttle. They took us downtown for dinner and picked us back up. Would have been 40$ RT via uber ”

“The area may not be a safe place bcos my car was stolen within the hotel parking area during my stay. Never happened to me for the +40 driving years! Guests need to pay more attention on their belongings. Despite this, the front desk staff are kind and very helpful by providing the CCTV videos and reporting the case to the LAPD. Its good that I bought the Full compensation insurance.”

“ The room is small, and very noisy, the bed is sinking , the air con is also very noisy, close to the traffic, staff not so friendly, I will not stay there or recommend to anyone, never”
