“I arrived later night, the front desk person was called by knocking the door to process my room. Unfortunately they said there is no king size bed which I paid for. I had to sleep since next early morning had meeting,so no time to complain for 2 queen beds. Next day I asked again for king size, they changed my room to king size room. The room is good, only One noise of window. Other then that 2 issues, everything was perfect.”

“Can’t say enough of how enjoyable this last business trip was. This property is a newer modern hotel that was very close to the Airport. There on site conference rooms came in handy for an unscheduled meeting. The Starbucks and food court onsite was convenient when I didn’t have time to dine in one of their excellent restaurants. My Spanish is not great but that didn’t matter as the entire staff including the 24/7 security people all spoke fluent English, they even had the NBA finals games on……

“Matt went above and beyond to not only make sure we had transportation from the airport to the hotel but he set us up with transportation to where we needed to go the next day. Seriously made my stay allllll that much more enjoyable and smooth sailing. Seriously couldn’t thank them enough. Even his kids are well mannered and helpful!
