“It was a great pleasure to stay at Crowne Plaza. The restaurant on the 6/F is excellent with great view and lively music. The food selection is food. Very helpful from the team especially Sercan who provided a lot of tips and advice where to go and eat. Location of the hotel is good too as it closes to the pier and we can take ferries to avoid the congestion from land transport. Also would like to mention the great service from Ugur who helped to arrange the taxi service in a rainy day. Super……

“Recommended for thios inexpensive and Valuable hotel. It is not a very new hotel, look bit old for interior. The staffs are nice, the breakfast is quite good and the room is okay, but the air-conitioner is not function well (very hot even switch to 18 degree). Outside is Kadikoy otogar and the pier,which is very conveneient. Many shops and foods can be enjoyed nearby. ”

“I booked non-smoking Superior King Room, but received room #914 which isn't non-smoking and isn't superior (with stained carpets, full size bed and awful cigarettes smell). I was in a mood to give a very negative review, but after I saw how the housekeeper did her best to clean and ventilate my room, I changed my mind. Also breakfast was included in my booking and it was very, very good.”

“Very nice property. Only complaint is the sound proofing, could hear other hallway doors banging open and closed more then other places Ive stayed. As well as plumbing? Could here other showers going and the drain would make noises when we hadnt used it. Otherwise the staff was WONDERFUL and the room itself was very nicely done great food around this area.”

“ホテルは、素晴らしかったのですが…部屋の掃除がちょっと残念でした。 5泊したのですが、初日に歯ブラシがありませんでした。このホテルクラスで歯ブラシが無いところは初めてで、かなり驚いたのですが、ホテル付近で購入しました。しかし、3日目の掃除の後に歯ブラシかセットされていました。有るなら、なぜ初めから提供してくれていないのか…バスタオルがない日もあり、電話でお願いしたのですが、30分も待ちやっと持ってきてくれました。ロビーで、バスローブが無いので、持ってきてほしいとお願いした時は、最後まで持ってきてくれませんでした。バスマットがない日もあれば、ティッシュが無くなったのに、補充してくれていない時もありました。髭剃りや、クシ等、普通のホテルに有りそうなアメニティーは何も有りませんでした。 プールは大変素晴らしかったのですが、スタッフが誰一人おらず、バスタオルがどこに有るのか聞くことも、ドリンクを注文する事も出来ませんでした。 スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで素晴らしかったです。私が日本人だから、イライラしただけかもしれませんね。”
