“I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Quito. This is a family run boutique hotel and from the moment you walk in the door, they make you feel like you are family. It is a stunning hotel that is cozy and quiet, even though it is set right in the middle of the city. The owners are extremely friendly and accommodating and they prepare a delicious homemade breakfast every morning! “Basically you never make mistake when staying by NH Hotels. But this time, it was a mess. I made reservation thru Hotel.com and it shows breakfast included. When we check in at first day, staff asked us to pay for breakfast and we refused, ask them to check with Hotel.com. 2nd. day, staff asked us again to pay breakfast and we insist don't pay, it's problem between NH and Hotel.com. Then, few hours later, they apologized for this mistake, everything was solved. 3rd. day when we check out, NH……

“Pretty hotel decor. Staff polite. Room comfortable .Breakfast was ok, as you were served. On Sunday it was much better as it was a self service buffet with a lot more choice. Lack of information at check in. I had to ask for breakfast timing, and the staff gave me different timings to that which I eventually found in the room on the bedside table. I did not see evidence of the restaurant in action apart from at breakfast. In the evenings it was in darkness. I did not look to see if the bar was……

“This is a great place if you just need to relax. It's located near several restaurants and convenient stores. It doesn't have a lot of modern conveniences (there's no refrigerator and no AC), but it is comfortable and quiet. It was a great place to rest.”

“The property feels safer than any I’ve been it. The interior design is upbeat and unlike your average hotel. Great bedding, great tree top view allowed us to be entertained by mourning doves and hummingbirds. The breakfast was average for this area: eggs, fruit, fruit juice with or without sugar. In house roasted coffee. The manager and staff were efficient and friendly. We particularly liked Fernanda, the woman who served us breakfast on day one off three.”
