The two large suites are large are well appointed. The third guest room is very comfortable. The bunk room and 4th bedroom are quite small.We would return for sure!”

The location is ideal—everything is within a 5–10 minute drive, and you can even walk to the main Santa Ynez area for coffee or a bite to eat.The home itself was exactly what we needed. Each room was a good size with plenty of storage, and the house was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of seven adults.The backyard was a highlight—featuring a beautiful pool and jacuzzi, a great hangout……

Also mentioned that we heard something in the walls of the master bedroom two nights while we were there (maybe birds, geckos, not sure) but kept us awake. Also, got no response to that concern.”
